Come celebrate with us in the tradition of our Norse Forefathers, at our NEW SITE in St. Helens, OR.

Pre-Registration closes on May 18^th, 2007.

Cost: (Please note all amounts are listed in U.S. Dollars)

Adult Members: $15.00

Adult Non-Members: $18.00 ($12.00 plus $3.00 Non-Member surcharge)

Youth (ages 12-17) $5.00

Children (Under age 11) Free

Family Cap: $40.00 (plus $3.00 surcharge for each adult Non-Member)

The Family cap is provided as a service to our guests, and is limited to modern families, i.e. 2 adults, and all related youths and children living at the same address. This does NOT include SCA households, etc.

Instructions:

Please fill out all blocks completely, using one pre-registration form per person. If pre-registering more than one person, please compete the “Totals” section at the bottom of Page 2. Please print legibly, and attach any needed minor waivers (available at http://www.antir.sca.org/Pubs/forms/05_Minor_Consent.pdf), as well as a check or money order to cover your fees.

Refunds: If you need a refund, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above, marked REFUND, prior to May 16^th, 2007. No refunds will be mailed out until after the event is over, so do not expect a refund until after June 15^th, 2007.

Merchants: As in the past, there is no merchant fee at The Grand Thing III, however a voluntary donation to the prize chest will be greatly appreciated. Also, at the new site there are a limited number of permanent wooden booths that can be reserved for merchanting. These cost $10.00, and must be paid for in advance to be reserved on a "first come first served" basis. They are approximately 10x10, some are square and some are triangular.
